Core Responsibilities:

* Lead all activities associated with the measurement, analysis and reporting of client’s online business.
* Develop on-going, and ad-hoc, reports to track key site performance metrics; content usage, site traffic, and funnel optimization.
* Analyze web site performance and trends to provide business insights as well as recommendations for changes.
* Utilize data-driven insights to make recommendations for performance optimization.
* Identify areas of improvement, drive implementation, and measure results.
* Create a clear data strategy and development for analytical developments; deliver business insights and strategic implications.
* Effectively present results and learning of strategic insights.


* 3+ years in a business intelligence role; specifically with web based analysis
* 4+ years experience working for an Internet company, consultancy or Internet division of a company
* Must have experience working with Google Analytics and Omniture
* Advanced Excel Skills
* Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently through obstacles
* Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment required
* Previous experience working in a highly competitive and dynamic environment required
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, project management, and communications skills
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate views crisply and convincingly

Systems Administrator (Part-time)

Core Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain Windows-based core services including Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Office Communications Server
* Maintain networking equipment including Cisco Layer 3 Switches, Microsoft ISA firewalls, and Cisco PIX and ASA firewalls
* Maintain core network services including DNS, DHCP, RRAS, and RADIUS
* Support Windows and Linux clients
* Manage auxiliary services running on Mac OS X Server and Ubuntu Linux, including video streaming, wiki, and web services
* Maintain remote and network services such as VPN, firewall, intrusion detection, remote data and video connectivity
* Implement and maintain on-site and off-site backup systems
* Maintain systems monitoring suites


* Solid understanding of TCP/IP network communications
* Strong grasp of standard network services (including DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, HTTPS, and SSH)
* Good grasp of AD, with a focus on administration (Group policy, roaming profiles, permissions, and DFS)
* Familiarity with x86/x64 hardware
